Friendship Force Varel Ambassadors
racked their brain
During their exchange to Salt Lake City, 13 ambassadors of Friendship
Force Varel were taxing their brain real hard to cram all day English
idiomatic phrases. The class was skillfully taught by a charming
woman teacher. The unaccustomed active listening to the matter and
memorizing and implementing it, quickly turned out as enjoyment
and eventually even as fun. In any case beginners and advanced "students"
were benefitting considerably. Thus, for everybody this day emerged
far better than "a drop in the bucket".
Practicing and enhancing English language skills was emphasized
on this exchange. Both hosting clubs, Utah and Los Angeles in California,
dedicated their effort to this endeavor. But then there was still
ample time to enjoy the appealing landscape and culture together
with the local hosts.
